This past week has been eventful. Some great progress is being made on the site and milestone two is beginning to take shape. Our development team have ensured us that they will finish this milestone by the end of the week. It’s been really impressive with what we’ve seen so far. With our previous development team, we never got to see this part of the site because they weren’t efficient and couldn’t keep up with the workload. But, the team we’re working with at the moment is extremely competent and show us work consistently on a regular basis, which we are very happy with. As mentioned in our last post, the final milestone deadline is getting closer. After a stressful four weeks, we’re really starting to build some hype now about our business and the kind of service we’re going to be providing. After a stressful few weeks, we are glad to say that the development of the website is coming along very nicely. Our new development team have been working hard to ensure they meet our agreed first milestone deadline. This includes some cool features, which allows administrative control for us to keep the site secure, enjoyable, fresh and updated on a regular basis, and for you guys to register an account with us to take advantage of our great services. We are pleased that this milestone has been delivered to us on time and with great quality. We are confident that there will be no problems in meeting the second and penultimate milestone deadline, which is due next week. We’ll be sure to let you know how that goes. The final milestone deadline is only a few weeks away. We can say that we definitely made the right choice by working with our new development team rather than trying to fix some major problems with our previous developers. We are happy that this new team is able to keep up with the work and show us what they’re made of. Just goes to show that you can’t put a price on excellent and efficient customer service. This is something that we strongly believe in and we can’t wait to let you guys experience that with us. More next week!

Well, after weeks and weeks of no excitement, we can finally say that this past week has been one hell of a ride! Let’s start with the bad news. We regret to tell you that our development team couldn’t meet our final project deadline in good time. Now, this was mainly because they couldn’t show us work they had done on a regular basis. So, to stop us wasting even more time, we decided to take them off the project. But, the good news is that we have given the project to a much more professional and experience team, at a more higher cost, who have shown solid evidence over the past few years in making some great products. We have every confidence that they will make a fantastic high-quality site for you guys and will introduce you to a whole new world of online trading. This major setback has made us even more hungrier to give you people a brand-new and enjoyable online experience that you’ll be pleased to use time and time again. You can expect our launch to be around mid-end of September. We promise you, it will definitely be worth the wait. Watch this space!

Not much news to tell you this week. As mentioned in the last couple of posts, our development team are continuing their hard work to make sure we meet our launch deadline in good time, while we are stepping up our marketing and promotion efforts day by day. We have been assured that the penultimate and final work milestones will be presented to us closer to the website completion date as agreed with our development team. Then, once the formalities have been sorted out, Swapezy will be officially unveiled!

We told you last week that we were gonna miss our original launch deadline by a little bit. That’s not a major problem because our development team are busy working away implementing some great unique features to the site to improve your experience of Swapezy and keep you coming back for more. So, the slight delay will definitely be worth it! We are expecting to see the penultimate work milestone our development team have been working on at the end of this week. We’ll be sure to fill you in on the details in our next post. We are really stepping up the game in the website’s marketing and promotion, and soon enough, you’ll be seeing and hearing about Swapezy everywhere you go. Enjoy!

Some good news and some bad news. We'll start with the bad news as we don't want to leave on a downer. But basically, it seems we may miss our launch deadline. This is due to some complications, but the delay will not be by much.

Now on to the good news, we are implementing even more unique features to the site (partly cause of the delay) to improve your overall experience at Swapezy. We are also well on our way to market and promote the website using a few of our selected marketing strategies. So, soon you will be sleeping, breathing and talking about Swapezy :-)

Not much excitement this week. Just a few minor issues that we have resolved in regard to the second milestone. A few other boring, but important, information regarding safe and effective trading on the Swapezy site was drafted up.

This included a 'product type/conditions' list, which provides a guideline for sellers, allowing them to view items that we can sell and the condition in which they must be in.

Other news is in regard to couriers. After much delibiration, we have managed to secure 2 couriers willing to ship products to prospective buyers at Swapezy for very low rates. Don't you just love us for finding you the cheap deals? :-)

Pfffff....Exhausted! We know we promised y'all that we will be posting every week, but it seems we underestimated the amount of time we have during the day. Anyway here we are, ready to provide further details about our adVENTURE, that is Swapezy.

So far we have managed to produce a formulae for working out the token system (that’s right, it’s tokens now, sounds better than points, hence the change). We can also reveal a unique part of this site. The site will deal only with tokens for product purchases, which means we are able to implement a neat token swap market system. Just like the stock market and currency exchange rate systems, our site will allow swappers to make even more tokens on their items, allowing for competitive and intelligent swapping of items at the right time.

The change in token swap rate will depend on site activity, i.e. how much buying and selling is going on, as well as how many users are browsing the Swapezy site.

We loved the idea from the start, and we can tell you it’s looking just as sweet as the thought of it all.

But that’s not all. We have a few other neat features in production, but where’s the fun in telling you it all now?

In the development corner, we are progressing nicely. The admin functions are nearly complete and we are happy with the results of our first milestone. Now only three more to go before the real excitement begins!

Well, we have been very impressed with what has been made by our website developer in the first week. It’s definitely a taste of what’s yet to come. The formalities, such as milestones, have been agreed, and now we can’t wait until the site is finished and ready for launch! We are anticipating for it to go live no later than mid July. Judging by the large amount of interest we’ve generated, we can already see it’s starting to create a real big online buzz. This week, we are focusing on marketing and building hype. We are currently in the process of creating flyers to distribute on a big scale. Further details will be revealed later on.

Welcome to Swapezy! A brand new groundbreaking UK swapping site, which deals exclusively with novelty points, that’s due to take the Web by storm this year!

This is our first entry and we hope you will come back on a regular basis and read more about our progress. We are in the process of securing a web site developer. Our hearts skipped a beat when a certain nameless web site development company quoted that it would cost £7,500 to build! But, this should all be sorted by the end of the week.

Currently, we are awaiting confirmation from a few web site developers that are willing to work for us and within our budget. It’s been challenging to say the least, but we may have found our people for the job. It wasn’t long before that they began thinking about the possibilities of this site after we showed them a specification sheet. Currently, they are producing a prototype of the site. And if all goes well, we should be on track to have the site up and running in the next few weeks.
